Simultaneously they coordinate internally with the design team to ensure your brief is interpreted correctly. As a result we can offer you a comprehensive design and fitout service according to your brief, budget and programme.
We work with a network of specialist sub-consultants such as for MEP, acoustics and lighting; and sub-contractors in the case of MEP and civil works such as ceiling, flooring, painting, partitions and so forth so that quality standards are consistent and maintained. In both cases CitySpace acts as the lead consultant and manages and coordinates with all parties to ensure that you as the client have only one point of contact to deal with.
